The proposition vector index, at a given embedding width.

Here rather than in the autoconfiguration because it is built entirely from the three constants above, which this class already owns as the canonical identity — and because reembedAll needs it at runtime, where a bean method is out of reach. The autoconfiguration's schema catalog reads it from here, so the startup DDL and the re-embed cannot describe different indexes.
