InvalidSourceProvenanceException

class InvalidSourceProvenanceException(message: String) : RuntimeException

A request whose source locator or revision the extraction endpoints refuse.

It carries the text of the check that failed, and PropositionPipelineController hands that text back in the 400 body, so a caller reading a length rejection sees which ceiling it broke and by how much.
