enum PropositionStoreType : Enum<PropositionStoreType>

Which backend provides a PropositionRepository, for selecting/flipping implementations.

Mirrors the chat-store ConversationStoreType convention. STORED is any durable backend — the Drivine graph store and the JSON file store both report it; if the graph-vs-file (or SQL) distinction ever needs to drive a decision, a finer storage-type axis can sit beneath STORED.
