Record a collector outcome.

Replaying an outcome is supported and expected. An implementation that upserts on a natural key must not let a replay clear a stored CollectorRecord.undoneAt: the replayed record carries none, and dropping the stamp would re-authorize a collapse that has already been undone. Take the incoming value when it is non-null and keep the stored one otherwise. An append-only implementation satisfies this by construction, since the stamped record survives alongside the replayed one.
